Insurance Information
We accept most dental PPO insurance plans at our office. We encourage you to call our office to inquire if we accept your dental plan. As a courtesy, we will assist you with obtaining your benefits by submitting dental claims on your behalf to your dental insurances company. Our knowledgeable staff are happy to help you fully maximize your dental benefits to keep your out of pockets costs to a minimum. Dental benefits generally expire at the end of the calendar or plan year and do not roll over to the next year. We will work with you to fully utilize your benefits to help cover the cost of your dental treatment. We will provide you in advance with a treatment estimate including insurance coverage and co-payments. We are always happy to answer any of your dental insurance questions, so please don’t hesitate to ask. Please bring your insurance card or information with you to your dental visit to assist us with billing your insurance. If you have any questions regarding your insurance, please call our office as we are happy to assist with determining your benefits and coverage.
Financial Information
It is our goal to provide you with exceptional dental care and to offer affordable ways to cover your dental treatment needs. We have several different payment options, and we are happy to schedule a consultation to discuss the cost of treatment and the financial options available to you.
For your convenience, we have the following payment options:
- We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, and Visa
- Care Credit (A dental payment plan with interest free plans as well as deferred payment plans for between six and twenty-four months.)
We are here to help with any financial questions you may have, so please don’t hesitate to contact us at 619-461-5422. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made with our office in advance. As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to bill your dental insurance company for you. Most insurance providers respond to claims within two to four weeks, so if you receive a monthly statement from our office that does not show your insurance payment within a month of treatment, please contact our office so we can assist you. Any balance remaining after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. We appreciate your prompt payment of all balances.
